is spin from the left. the report is damning. the ONLY part that is "positive" for the left is that he says the low bar required to open a case was met and he was unable to prove bias. And Durham has put his reputation on the line by issuing a denial of even that. from there the IG report goes on to lambast the fbi and doj for 400 pages.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
