Q was a cocky know it all elite Dukey and that shown through in his very demeanor. He never came off as humble or likeable. He sure didn't seem approachable either.

Drinkwitz has the very opposite qualities, seems humble, well mannered, approachable and a willingness to listen and learn. Jeez he's even a bit funny.

Q was a intellectual elitist who thought he was smarter than everyone in the room...sort of Like Odom
