Going Forward - What Drink has to deal with!

Okay folks its time for EVERYONE to admit that Odom wasn't a good coach. He played with Pinkel players and one of which is now 2-0 in the NFL! Odom couldn't with with Lock, Denver coaches blasted Missouri for Locks development.
That is now behind us with the exception of one simple fact... ODOM couldn't recruit talent. Drink has to deal with a roster with no certain quarterback, and a lack of talent.
I'm NOT expecting a miracle turnaround because Odom recruiting classes in the SEC are basically all dead last or second to last.
To me anyone Drink's first priority should be to flipping some Missouri guys to Missouri. Second priority should be to hire coaches who can recruit and develop players.
Lastly, he's got to determine if the future QB is on the roster or not. If not he's got to go out and find one he wants to build the program around over the next four years.
This guy is offense driven, he's got to appeal more to a top flight QB than Barry Odom. He's got to know NOW if he likes any of this QB's.
