And that just makes sense. What if Sterk got a shot at Venables or Tony Scott - these would be Powerball Win hires with no HC experience. I'm not saying that's happening, I'm just saying the situation is too complex for a 'No HC Experience' decree.
I make it clear in the list who's been hired but retain them because we had a shot at some point and didn't close the deal - that's relevant in assessing the on-going search.
So your dictim about HC experience is heard, understood, but I don't think it's realistic.
