element of responsibility. Having the right to do something does not make it the right thing to do. And while he has certain protections against actions of the government against him, he has no such protections against neighbors, employers, prospective employers, clients, etc.

People do have a constitutional right to demonstrate irresponsibility and stupidity. And others have the same right to hold them accountable for it.
