Horowitz is only looking at the Page FISA and his investigation is limited to interviewing persons still employed by the federal government. Durham is a prosecutor with Grand Jury and subpoena authority, and Barr can declassify secret Obama Admin documents at will. Horowitz can't do that.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
