The water in use today has been recycled. It is practically an unlimited resource in western societies. My wife and I probably flush a couple dozen times per day or maybe more. Our cattle drink 20 gallons per day and some of the waterers run over routinely. I own standing fresh water reserves in ponds and one or two wetland depressions. Can you imagine what a billionaire through his tax dollars has made available for the poor who can not pay for the resources they utilize?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
