I'm sorry MBS, but you're talking to someone who spends a great portion of his free time reading classical liberal thought.
I'm not arguing with you. I'm telling you that there is no clear and definite idea of a "public good" under classical liberalism.
If you want to try and learn about classical liberalism, I'll suggest your initial reading list. But in the meantime, please save your wikipedia and google search-based "knowledge" of this topic.
