you have him say, "Gee China, I hate to have to impose these tariffs and sure hope you give in so that I can remove them as quickly as possible. Please concede quickly so that I can remove these and move toward free trade."

I am simply amazed how little some people understand what negotiation entails and how you properly strategize to win.
