They deny that Jesus Christ is Almighty God.

Four times θεὸς *** (Theos) appears in the text. Sometimes it is referring to the Father, sometimes to the Son, but it always means, "the God".

From Mare's Greek Grammar - Case Properties, pages 8-9:
"Greek nouns used with the definite article, ὁ, ἡ, τό, (masculine, feminine, and neuter), are called articular and are to be translated as "the ....," e.g., "the man" or "the brother", etc.

Greek does not have an indefinite article like the English "a" or "an." When the Greek nouns do not have the definite article, they are NORMALLY to be translated with the English indefinite article; e.g., "a man" or "an apple". HOWEVER, in the case of proper nouns, even when they are anathrous (e.e., without the article), they are definite by nature and can be translated with the English artcle "the"; e.g., κύριος, the Lord; θεὸς, God or the God."
The point is this: θεὸς does not have to have a definite article "ὁ" in John 1:1, Hebrews 1, Revelation 1, or other place, for it to mean "the God".

In the Greek language θεὸς by itself without a definite article means The God/God.
