and create special black positions in the political hierarchy.
They can have a vice president in charge of black stuff.
A vice president in charge of gay stuff.
A vice President in charge of crazy transgender stuff.
A vice president in charge of muzz stuff.
A Vice President in charge of hispanic stuff.
And a vice president in charge of women’s stuff.
Nothing for injuns or Asians, sorry. Not yet.
Or you can then do you want large companies do, and give a black guy or the Hispanic guy or the gay person a fancy title, a nice office, and nothing to do of any consequence. They’ll have a nice salary, a big staff, and still make speeches. It is just an expense of doing business.
The problem of course, is that affirmative action hires come to believe that they are worthy of their title and their salary. They will want actual responsibility and demand more power. They will organize strikes, disrupt operations, and generally become a pain in the butt.
That’s how it is in government offices, on college campuses and most places were affirmative action is implemented.
No one is permitted to acknowledge any of this. Ever.
