disability. Trump makes that gesture all the time when mocking his detractors, including those without a disability.
You don't have to like Trump, trust me, there are plenty of legitimate reasons to dislike him (taxing, spending, tariffs, illegal warfare, etc.), but try to take him on honestly instead of latching onto these social media gotchas.
