If Missouri could have its pick of 20 recruits from Missouri every year, it would consistently be a top 25 recruiting class, which I believe we've only done a couple times since they have been keeping records of rankings. So yes, in this hypothetical where Mizzou could get any in state player they want, we'd be competitive with a competent coach.
