If you have two kids in high school. One disrupts class, fights other students, calls the teacher names, does not participate other than to annoy and distract, and takes a shlt in the trash can by the teacher's desk....and another of the same age, let's say 14, in the same class who works hards, is respectful, does not annoy other students the teacher and does not take a shlt in the trash can...should they be treated the same?

Exactly the same?

If one is off limits, must the other be as well?

Do the ACTIONS of the children have ANYTHING TO DO with how they should be treated?
