this to trial. As the plaintiff, he would have to prove that CNN slandered him - that they knowingly/recklessly made false claims that damaged his reputation.

Therefore NUNEZ would have to PROVE that the allegations were not true (for starters.) Parnas alleged the meeting and Nunez' travel records show him to have been where Parnas alleged.
