Austin Peay was in the middle of a huge losing streak when he was hired. He put together 2 top 5 FCS recruiting classes before leaving for Charlotte.

Charlotte hasn’t had a winning season ever until this season.

If you can win and recruit at places that haven’t won that usually means you are good coach.
