with top 100-150 kids if they are well coached and stick around four years. Martin ALREADY coaches GREAT D. That is about job one. We can succeed with this program, but unlikely for another year or so. The current crop if they stick around playing as a team with each other will be very good Spring of next year at the earliest. Again - no one will look at MU seriously if you can get fired after just a few years. Pinson and McKinney as Sr and Jr with Brown aand Jackson as Jrs - not bad. And then we can pick up higher ranking kids now and again. Patience.
