I know I was by far the biggest supporter of him being fired. I understand I am the one who created the nickname ‘ODUMB’. But yes I would say thanks for running the program with Mizzou best interests in mind. Thanks for being your players biggest supports and fans. I don’t think Barry ever did anything but be the biggest support of Mizzou football. Clearly I wish he could have been the true son that made, I’m a Mizzou fan first and foremost. Even though Bo is a great Mizzou supporter and fan he’s not the right man to lead the program.

I want Mizzou to strive to be great not average or below average. I don’t want Mizzou to think we can’t land 5 star players, or be in a position to win a national championship. Pinkel did recruit top players, he recruited most of the best players from Missouri, he built a program that came oh so close to winning a national championship.

Thanks to Pinkel we proved we can be a top program. Based on barry’s Recruiting classes, and failures to win over Missouri best recruits there is no way he can advance the program.

Barry made millions of dollars while heading up this program. No one should feel sad for him he took the job, he couldn’t get the job done, and he walks away set for life. Not bad for a true son.

I’m looking forward to Mizzou hiring someone who can advance the program into the national conversation. Go Mizzou.
