It's been easy for the Dem's to keep the Black vote locked down. They give them just enough free stuff, Housing,EBT,etc. to get them hooked and dependent, as opposed to actually creating programs that instill a work ethic and family values.
Then they have black Leaders demonize conservative values and white people creating a victim culture who blame all their problems on others. Thus a cycle of dependency and and hate churns and churns which leads to a Democratic vote where they promise change but deliver nothing.
