I'm sure the guy has occasionally done a good thing. However, I seem to remember him releasing a picture with the parentless baby from the El Paso terrorist attack, and also ostensibly holding a charity event for veterans, but actually using those funds for his campaign; only paying the charity when his subterfuge came to light.

Everything Trump does is calculated so that Trump profits from it, and if someone else gains from it collaterally, then that is an unintended consequence
