in what aspects? Pushing away allies? How many dictators has he brought to heel?
Or are you talking about making folks pay for NATO?
The one thing he has done right in regards to foreign policy (China) you say that he has not been very successful.
Also, was Obama at fault when the GOP took the house and senate and then stonewalled Obama? If you don't blame them then, I'm not sure how you can blame dems now.
