by the string of witnesses who apparently testified about the occurrence of a phone call where the transcript was already released. Seems like a big fat waste of time when that information was already available in a more reliable form.
Also, I've read the transcript and don't understand the hullabaloo about it. Certainly, there was no quid pro quo discussed in the phone call; and for that matter, quid pro quo is the very nature of govt. action (especially foreign policy today).
The deep state is real.
