particularly trans women with a penis are attacking lesbians as being transphobic too because lesbians don't want a penis.
They are arguing it is phobias promoted by society that are resulting in discrimination.
Well everyone discriminates when it comes to dating. The entire point is finding someone you are compatible with. A person who is fit and active likely will have dissimilar interests with an overweight couch potato. Doesn't mean they are afraid of overweight people. A Jewish person will likely have more in common with a other Jewish person.
For a long time gay people have spread the message that their sexual preferences are a product of their birth. But now a good portion of trans people, who claim they are also born that way, reject as phobia, sexual preferences of others who were born that way.
