defendant required to prove his innocence?

Are we still operating in the kangaroo Court, Soviet style, Spanish Inquisition methods of the Cavanagh hearings? Where, as in the Salem witch trials,
an accusation is all that’s needed to prove the crime.

There are legitimate reasons to invoke executive privilege. I don’t know, and neither do you, whether Trump exercised them correctly in this proceeding or not.

The socialists want every document and transcripts of every conversation Trump has had in three years. And probably some before that. I don’t think he is obligated to provide those.

I recall fat Hillary not only declining to provide subpoenaed documents and transcripts for which executive privilege was not invoked, but physically destroying the computers on which those emails resided.

But liberals, criminals and morons.... and the deep state FIB, believe that since those 30,000 emails only dealt with fat Hillary‘s yoga class and ugly Chelsea‘s wedding, she had every right to destroy them. Because revealing to the public, email about fat Hillary‘s yoga class and ugly Chelsea‘s wedding would what, damage national security?

Trump is playing defense. If I were him, I would cooperate as little as possible with this travesty, this mockery of justice.
