You're right - other schools are proactive when it's crystal clear that the coach is in over his head. Arkansas is a good example, firing Morris after 1.5 seasons instead of dragging out the inevitable and making matters worse.
It's what we should have done with Kim Anderson after the first season, and it's what we should do with Odom at this point... but we won't, because we're Mizzou.
