will require that the trial use federal rules of evidence. And despite what Blue was saying last week those rules will be set by the Senate by a simple majority NOT the Chief Justice.

So basically none of the witnesses called by the House so far would be called by the Senate. So unless something major happens soon there will be no case to take to the Senate.
