Hillary was running away with the polls, there was no need for Ukraine to meddle on her behalf....

Not to mention there is a strong "pro-russian" contingent in Ukraine - the ones that were giving money to Parnas (who funneled that $ to the GOP), Rudy, Rick Perry, Solomon & the Digenovas.
