that, depending the type of hearing, one side or the other, or sometimes both, have the burden of proof by admissible evidence?
And that sometimes this results in findings of facts and conclusions of law, based on evidence produced in the hearing?
And that sometimes the rulings impact property rights, and must adhere to the requirements for Due Process under the 14th Amendment?
And that sometimes people just want to slop their way through a hearing, and ignore the rule of law?
