Lt Colonel tattle tale to the CIA if in his opinion, the president of the United States did something the lt colonel thought was wrong.
The judgment of the lieutenant colonel regarding issues of right and wrong, whether legal or not, are now the standard by which Republicans are judged.
And no Republican is above that judgement.
