Here’s the one thing Odom lacks that bothers me

Humbleness.
He came in Day 1 a little overconfident IMO. And then he immediately moved against Kul and others and rearranged all of Pinkel’s furniture. I get it. Every coach wants to put their “stamp” on a program.
And then he promptly started losing and was quick to blame the previous regime as well as the University’s problems.
He has a swagger about him - I like that - but he follows that up with ZERO humbleness or gratitude. (My subjective viewpoint).
I’d suggest the antics on the field - jawing and penalties - reflect Odom’s cockiness, not his “friendship” or being their pal like I’ve heard mentioned.
Four years later and seeing regression instead of progression, I think I’ve had enough.
