I think Mizzou's first problem is simple. It's money. They refuse to invest like a powerful program, so they will likely never become one.
And we all know Mizzou will never get uncomfortable. They will always choose to stay within their 2nd tier status.
That being said, who can they realistically target that is "affordable" and who may consider Mizzou an upgrade?
Mark Stoops - Kentucky
Les Miles - Kansas
Matt Rhule - Baylor
Mike Leach - Wazzu
Matt Campbell - Iowa State
Lane Kiffin - Fla Atlantic
