It's becoming clear that Mr. Trump wanted Ukraine to cooperate with his admin. on corruption investigations. Trump, according to Taylor, was negotiating a deal to make that happen. If corruption did occur, wouldn’t it be best if Ukraine does cooperate in exposing corruption?
