who were injured in a mass shooting can sue the gun manufacturer, for selling a dangerous weapon. Uh, yeah, its dangerous if you fire it at someone. Also, are suing because Remington "targeted" a young male audience.
First, the gun is LEGAL. NO suit should be allowed against any co. selling a legal product. Same applies for suing because of the advertising, unless there are lies about the product that could be injurious.
I don't know which gutless conserv. flipped. Probably Roberts. And if a product is that dangerous then make it illegal to sell and be done with it. Otherwise, just follow the damn law and deal with that.
