That Mizzou just spent over 100 million dollars to build a football only facility if they didn't plan on winning.
If your goal is to sit by and collect SEC checks, then why spend 100 million on the football only facility? If your team is going to suck led by someone who's grossly underqualified, then why build suits you can't sell?
I believe Odom is FIRED!
I think the thinking here goes like this:
Lets get the facility built and completed then see where Odom is at. This is the first year its been completed. The new facility should help Mizzou recruit kids from Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, and keep at least half the Missouri kids from leaving the state.
IF AND ONLY IF you get a coach that people believe in!
I think the plan all along was start fresh after the new complex is COMPLETE! See what happens with Barry... FAILED! Then make a GIANT SPLASH to hire a coach who can sell recruits and fans to buy tickets.
You DO NOT spend 100 million just to keep around the lowest paid coach in the SEC who can't recruit his own state. you don't sorry!
Barry will be fired I'm betting on it at a 110% promise.
This can be the only logical thing to do at this point.
