Along with Lebanon, Syria(before we armed al queda and isis to overthrow Assad)on human rights. Probably because those 3 have large minority populations
They aren’t crucifying people like Saudi Arabia, they have Jews in their parliament
On a whole they’re a backwards country with very little freedom but let’s not confuse them with being the worst
