The #1 thing they could do, which would be really easy, to help *encourage* attendance, is to only make Lot P a "higher" lot. Make K and O and everything else open for those giving $100 in donations. The daily walk through cold in vast amounts of empty parking spaces needs to be over. If the situation changes in a few years and we're packing the place, divide it up again, but it's been silly for years.
