and i want to point out one error in that article concerning this passage:
"The rough transcript of the call, according to the complaint, was first classified as secret and later top-secret, ensuring that only those with the highest clearances would be able to read it."
in order to lawfully access classified intelligence, you must possess the requisite clearance level AND you must have the need-to-know; which is defined as a determination that an individual requires access to specific classified information in the performance of (or assist in the performance of) lawful and authorized government functions and duties.
