taxpayers and the law. Lemme bet..he votes for democrats. Especially since its a PRC judge. A fed judge says the US (that translates to "taxpayers") must pay for any mental health issues of the separated illegal immigrants.
Hell judge, you worthless dung pile, we don't tend to do that FOR OUR OWN CITIZENS. He said gov'ts can be liable when with "deliberate indifference" they place people in dangerous situations.
