was that in his notes he had the name "Burisma" where the transcript said "company". and in his notes, he said that Trump said something about a video of Biden when the transcript had no reference.
first of all, these are his recollections. these are not even proven facts, but that being said Vindman said the difference was not material or substantial and the transcript conveyed the conversation in its entirety.
