signed the budget bill, it would immediately have constituted "shutting down the gov't", the unthinkable crime by a pres. The dums would still be screaming about how Trump hates the US, the people and everything else, with the full knowledge that the unlimited idiocy and ignorance of their democrat/liberal slaves would carry the day for them and give them countless new rep. and senate seats in next election.
