Germany's got an outstanding economy, but hasn't paid it's fair share of defending itself for nearly a decade. Most of NATO countries in europe don't either.
European socialism refuses to defend itself, counting on the usa to do it. The amount's 2% of gdp yearly, and they can't even manage that.
Only the US, england, greece meet the requirement.
