testified to firsthand knowledge of anything?

Every statement I have read from their testimony has included the qualifiers 'I think...', 'I believe ...' and 'I heard...' but I have yet to see any definitive statements like 'I know..'.

And yet Schiff is full steam ahead. I think Nancy has washed her hands of this and is just hoping to survive the fallout.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
