143-105 is a "winning" record but there are a lot of 7-5.

Two 11 win seasons, one 10 win and one 9 win out of 20 seasons. Seems pretty average. I'm not bagging on Missouri at all but it seems like that's pretty much what you have now. Why would they bring in a guy to mentor a guy, that isn't really any better than the guy he's mentoring?

If they were to do that, you would think they would ask Gary Pinkel to come in and do it. He knows how to win and win at that place, under the circumstances you have.
