tough spot. I was curious how he would attempt to wiggle out of it. This does not appear to be a good try. The interview resulted in two different sets of hand written notes. One set by Strzok and one by Pietka. The FBI said that Strzok did the questioning and Pietka took notes. Strzok's notes appear to be just that, rough notes jotted down during an interview. The second set, Pietka's appear more like a rough draft of a narrative. Something you would have to take time to compose afterwards from notes taken during an interview. At first Van Grack told Powell that Strzok's notes were Pietka's and vice versa. The information in the notes does not match in several key areas. I bet Judge Sullivan doesn't buy this excuse.
