Repeal it and leave it to the states do replace it or not. .. since it isn't a federal issue.

SCOTUS will kill it soon enough now that it is no longer a tax.... Stripped of its tax status, the individual mandate is nothing more than an unconstitutional congressional mandate to purchase health insurance.
