Joe did nothing wrong if he did not have a hand in his son being hired and did nothing to favor his companies after his hire.

Where Joe slipped up was when he helped to force out an investigator who was investigating the company his son worked for. Even if the investigator was corrupt Biden should have known not to step in at that point.
