With in the phone acknowledged he had a copy of a cancelled check in his hand showing the amount due on my taxes and that it was endorsed by the IRS prior to the tax due date.
His response was yes I see all this but the computer shows it still due. Do you have a business that owed the exact same amount that this could have been applied to?
