STRONGLY discouraged. Blow the whistle and your career, you r income and in extreme cases you life may be put in danger.

Good idea. We should trust Trump and Obama and Clinton for sure. No need ever, uh uh for protecting anyone with the courage to blow the whistle on corruption.
