It's totally apparent to us now and has nothing to do with shoplifting being on the rise in California because the legislators chose to make it a misdemeanor if the value of stolen objects fails to exceed $950.00.

Or that shoplifting has become an organized crime activity so that FENCES can set up OPEN AIR SHOPS on the MALL to sell stolen merchandise.


Oh yeah, stop the war on drugs.
