the DoJ already examined the incident and concluded NO CRIME?

I'd honestly like to know what you think is wrong with a US POTUS saying (and mind you this is NOT what Trump did or said, but imagine that he had) hey Ukraine we aren't giving you the aid unless you do me a favor. I'd like you to look into Ukraine's meddling in the US 2016 election and i'd like you to examine the Bidens' Burisma affair.
is Biden immune from investigation b/c he's running for office? was this same courtesy extended to Trump? Is it OK if, as POTUS, you ask your own Intel agencies to investigate your political rivals so long as you don't enlist the aid of a foreign country? ooops again b/c that's exactly what the Obama Admin did.
